Peter Henshaw, aged 38, is planning to walk nearly 900 miles from his home in Edinburgh to London and back again in August this year – when he will have turned 39.
He is doing this to raise awareness of homelessness and raise funds for Shelter and Shelter Scotland.

Hide AdPeter said: “During my walk I will be sleeping out, however if anyone can offer me their back garden then this would be hugely appreciated.
“Futhermore, I will be relying on the public to provide food and somewhere to charge my mobile phone.”
