Frederika Roberts, who has dedciated her life and career to happiness, mental health and well being, is looking for votes for the World Happiness Award, which help celebrate people from around the globe who have made a positive impact on people’s lives.
A citation said: “Frederika has shown a relentless dedication to making the world a happier place and is on a mission to change education for the better.

Hide AdShe shifted her work focus from a successful recruitment career to sharing a positive message of wellbeing and happiness through speaking and training, calling herself ‘The Happiness Speaker.’
She wrote her first book - “Recipe for Happiness: Nine Essential Ingredients for a Happy Life” in 2013.
Since then, Frederika’s focus has been mostly on promoting happiness, wellbeing and positive mental health in schools and other educational settings. She has delivered keynotes and workshops in schools in the UK and Australia and has presented, delivered workshops and submitted poster presentations at educational and positive psychology conferences in the UK, Germany, Luxembourg, Australia, the USA and Canada.
Earlier this year, she was named as one of Britain’s top 100 most inspirational women in a new campaign.
