An exciting Aquapark and new natural lake are set to make a splash this summer in Doncaster

The attraction which was new last summer is getting ready to welcome families back for fun on huge inflatable slides, climbing wall, runways and the thrilling blast bag.
Chris Hone, head of commercial development for Doncaster Culture and Leisure Trust (DCLT), said: “Our Aquapark fun inflatable proved to be a very popular and welcome addition to Hatfield Outdoor Activity Centre last summer and is now in pride of place on the lake waiting to welcome families back during the summer months.

Hide Ad“The Aquapark has increased in size for 2021 and will be operated in line with current government guidance and restrictions - booking is essential for this activity.
“We have also created a new natural lake pool for exercise fans who are willing to brave the elements.”
The four lane, 20 meter pool, is unheated and gives people a safe outdoor water experience.
“The pool will be used for triathlon training as well as safety and rescue training,” he continued.

Hide Ad“Visitors to the site can also try canoeing, kayaking or open water swimming in the lake.
“We have a campsite with great onsite facilities including a shop and cafe bar.
“Hatfield is a great hidden gem and we’re hoping that lots of local people will come and give our activities a go.”
Sessions on the Aquapark must be booked online and participants must be over the age of seven, be able to swim and be over 122cm tall.
