Doncaster Knights boss Clive Griffiths is hoping his charges prove harder to beat at Castle Park in the second half of the club's Championship campaign than they did in the first.

Fifth-placed Knights are back in action at Castle Park for the first time this year when entertaining London Scottish on Saturday (2.30pm) in the first of two back-to-back home league games.

“We’ve had two impressive wins on the road in both the B&I Cup and the Championship and we want to build on that momentum against both London Scottish and Hartpury in our next two games,” said the Welshman.

“Although I’m sure the players would probably have preferred to have played last weekend, given we are on a bit of a roll, it has given us a fortnight to prepare for Saturday.

“Both games are very important to us in our efforts to finish in the top four for a third successive season and if we can win both then we could find ourselves back in there and our fate in our own hands again.
