Iconic Doncaster development shortlisted for prestigious award
The Northern Housing Awards celebrate the achievements of the housing sector and how the companies and people who work for them are helping communities to thrive whilst helping to build a better North.
Doncaster-based Empire, who celebrated the opening of Danum House in 2019, will be up against five other schemes at a virtual awards ceremony next month, hosted by comedian and actor, Justin Moorhouse.

Speaking about the awards shortlisting, Managing Director of Empire, Paul Rothwell said, “It’s great to get the recognition for our work on this development.
“With its Grade II listed status, the conversion was far from straight-forward but the team at Empire shares a great deal of pride in what was achieved. It’s particularly pleasing that the development is on our doorstep.
“We have created quality homes, allowing people to live, work and play in Doncaster.”
