In support of Sport England’s ‘Stay in Work Out’ campaign, the programme will ensure the community have a safe way to start or maintain exercise safely, catering for all fitness levels.
The sessions will be inclusive to all and will come in four levels of intensity, from chair-based exercise to intense HIIT sessions. In addition to exercise, there will also be a number of healthy cooking tutorials and recipes focusing on affordability and simplicity along with supporting anyone who is now home-schooling.
