Dancers of all ages, shapes and sizes are being urged to join an online, weekly silent disco – with partygoers enjoying the fun and music from the comfort of their own front rooms.
Organiser Frederika Roberts, a health and well being speaker, said: “During this coronavirus crisis it's more important than ever to stay connected.

To join the disco, which gets under way from 7.55pm tonight and every Friday, go to https://zoom.us/j/628884236.
When you go to the Zoom link, if you haven't already installed Zoom on your computer, it will ask you to install the software, but if you'd rather not install or can't, you should be able to opt to join via weblink instead.

Up to 100 people can join the Zoom room.
