“I’m left speechless every day.”
Amy said she believes that she is experiencing such success because there is a gap in the market for vegan baked goods.
She herself turned vegan earlier this year and noticed a lack of vegan treats in Doncaster.
The increase of people shopping locally has also made an impact on her new business.

“We’re so many big businesses shut down this year that it’s making people support independents like me even more.”
Amy has always enjoyed baking and has taken joy in it since she was a young child.
She was taught the basic skills by her grandma and through the years has been made the dedicated cake maker for her family members birthdays.

“My recipes are always super fudgy and I think they’re just as good or even better than regular brownies.”
Brownies from Amy come wrapped in bright pink boxes with rainbow bows.
Amy hopes that a wide range of people with different diets try her baking and form opinions for themselves.
